Special Process Equipment and Galileo Vacuum Systems form a strategic alliance under the brand
VTech.
Special Process
Equipment and Galileo Vacuum Systems have formed a strategic alliance to
provide a full line of products and world wide support to the manufacturers of
refrigeration and air conditioning products.
This joint venture has resulted
in the VTech brand of refrigerant handling and production leak testing
equipment.
The VTech product line encompasses all SPE products and is distributed
through Galileo’s extensive sales and service network worldwide.
”We are very pleased of our new alliance with Galileo” - comments William
Wright Jr., SPE’s president – “By joining forces, we have created a unique
combination of competencies: the VTech products reflect over thirty years of
experience in process technology and product design.”
”We have seen several of our large customers moving their manufacturing

Galileo’s CEO Pietro Profumo describes the alliance with SPE “a great
