	Low Pressure Leak Detection System - automated for individual or multiple component testing. Our systems incorporate leading edge pressure decay techniques and operator touch screen interface for testing of low pressure components. Built for the automotive, truck, tractor, earthmover, snowmobile, all terrain vehicle industries where leak detection coupled with low component strength is the driving force. Operation is simplified to minimize operator error, increase production line throughput and reduce changeover times.
	High Sensitivity Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detection Systems - automated process incorporates advanced concepts, simplifying and reducing physical size while increasing reliability and leak detection sensitivity. Touch screen and automated operation reduce operator errors, increase quality and cut changeover times. Vacuum Chamber - component charged with helium, placed in chamber, chamber evacuated, component leak tested. Hood - component placed within lexan hood having a specific helium to air mixture, evacuated, leak tested.
	Refrigerant Charging Systems - automated with touch screen operator interface uses our distinctive evacuation process ensuring dehydration and leak free prior to charging. Accurate refrigerant charging assured by our flow transducer (unaffected by electromagnetic noise, no bearings to wear out) coupled with real time temperature compensation. 	Gas Charging Systems - automated with touch screen operator interface uses VTech evacuation and dehydration process prior to charging. Accurate gas charging by pressure assured with vacuum and pressure transducers using our proven algorithms to minimize gas usage. Single or multiple stations available. Tracer Gases - for leak location. Nitrogen/Other Inert Gas - for holding.
	Refrigerant Supply Systems - equipment and apparatus to supply refrigerants to refrigerant charging systems from 100 pound, 2000 pound cylinders or bulk storage tanks. Low to High Volume Supply
	Gas Reclaim Systems- recover gas(es) from products or components maximizing capture for reuse using our simple reliable processes. Belt driven compressor ensures long life. Refrigerant Gas Helium Tracer Gas

SPE utilizes production grade touch screens and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) enabling the operator to select the proper "model in process." The procedure is automated requiring minimum operator interface for diverse components by using parameters pre-determined and set by engineering or quality. Thus production line throughput is increased while changeover times are minimized and quality maintained.
