Burst test satisfies UL requirements while incorporating our latest advancements in pressure decay technology (individual or comparative test techniques) to quickly identify components that leak. Touch screen and automated operation reduces operator error advancing quality and reducing changeover times.

Our systems incorporate leading edge pressure decay techniques and operator touch screen interface for testing of low pressure components. Built for the automotive, truck, tractor, earthmover, snowmobile, all terrain vehicle industries where leak detection coupled with low component strength is the driving force. Operation is simplified to minimize operator error, increase production line throughput and reduce changeover times.

SPE utilizes production grade touch screens and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) enabling the operator to select the proper "model in process." The procedure is automated requiring minimum operator interface for diverse components by using parameters pre-determined and set by engineering or quality. Thus production line throughput is increased while changeover times are minimized and quality maintained.

Systems are expandable to integrate data acquisition, bar code reading, quality control functions, etc., providing information or interfaces with your processes needed for a smooth running operation.
